Loosing weight is much more difficult then gaining it. People find it very difficult to loose weight because it requires a lot of hard work and physical effort. Everyone who is overweight knows that it is due to his wrong eating habits and less movement of the body.
Fat people often feel embarrassed while purchasing their clothes because they do not get the right size. They feel sad about all the clothes they cannot wear and often have difficulty in walking fast or running. A person who is overly obese is also exposed to problem of heart attack, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. just by changing your eating habits and you can bring down your weight and can loose those inches.
Burning fat deposited on your body is not an easy job but if you know the right technique then you can
certainly get the kind of figure you desire. Eating less food will surely help you in the beginning and will shed off few pounds off your body but at the later stage your body will enter into a starving mode and will start conserving calories in the form of fat. When our body is fed with low amount of food then it assumes that we are in a starving condition and thus uses less energy. To keep your body burn fats and use more energy you need to keep feeding it after every 2-3 hours. This will not only pep up your metabolism but will also keep you charged and energized. But eating after every 2-3 hours does not mean that you can eat anything. Concentrating more on healthy food like fruits, green leafy vegetables, wheat bran, oats, protein rich foods, pulses are a healthy option.
Also do not eat in excess. Always keep some space in your stomach and do not fill it completely. Exercising along with maintaining a healthy diet is also helpful. Exercise will further increase your metabolism and will keep your body fit and in shape. It is not necessary to go to gym everyday but you can add any kind of physical activity in your daily routine like dancing, walking, jogging, and swimming to keep your weight under
