This is why we believe the author ends up getting hurt when dealing with a traditional publisher and does not get the proper attention from these mentioned publishers, unless they are a big selling "name author". At these times, authors have many avenues to choose from, whether that may be a traditional or non-traditional publisher, the opportunities are there to be approached.
