To train your abs will take time but less time than you think It took me some time before I realised that I there was a better way
I no longer wanted the never ending gym training sessions every week and things needed to change I found a much better way and followed you'll save time This does not mean subjecting yourself being in the gym for hours of boring cardio. Don't bother about running on the treadmill hour after hour like a hamster
I would recommend a fast intensity workouts that takes you out of breath and makes your heart beat fast Compare 100 metre sprinters and long distance marathon runners Fast Sprinters have Stomach muscles and powerful muscular bodies but long distance runners are very thin and skinny and weigh very little.
Here are my favourite fast exercises that have helped my great abs muscles
Running sprints, in a park or on a running track. Start with a short sprint then rest for 1-2 minutes catch your breath and then run the next sprint and then rest again Increase the length of the sprints by 20 metre increments and build up to 100 metres Begin slow at first with 4-5 sprints per session and try to build up up to 20 sprints
Simple exercises that you can do at home Do a fast changing workout for 15-30 minutes doing squats, and press-ups with short rests in-between each and then changing exercises These are perfect when you are pushed for time but still would like to train
Playing any type of sport that has a start stop or burst of intense activity punctuated with short time out periods gives your body a good workout These would include playing sports like tennis, football, or badminton If you implement sports like these in your six pack training you'll go a long way to not being bored
