Teaming up with a huge email database list company is a good way to market your business. You can agree to cross promote each other's products and services through emails. Utilize the wide reach that only the internet can provide. Put up a blog where you can freely talk about your business. You can feed your customers with updates about the latest developments in your business. A blog is more interactive and it gives you the chance to impress new and old clients.
When you have sealed a deal with a client, ask him to pass the good word around. You can also ask permission to post the client's name in your blog along with a testimonial for the kind of service he has received and enjoyed from you. This is especially helpful if the clients are prominent figures in your community.
You can feature special offers or special product packages on the invoices you issue to your customers. Another way of doing this is to ask your partner companies to advertise your offers on their invoices in return for a discount they can avail for every order made. Business cards are cheap marketing tools but very effective when it comes to promoting your business. Take advantage of this and try to provide them with informative answers while gradually promoting your products.
