So it only makes sense that this time around, mainly since not one of the artificial means appear to be working that we revert back to more natural based care choices.
The one thing that you might have to know about tinnitus is that this isn't a medical situation per se. Rather, the ear ringing sensation is a symptom of an ailment or sickness or a change in physiological processes. For example: ear infection, earwax impaction and acoustic shock can result in tinnitus. Cut back or completely get rid of caffeine and alcohol from your diet. Good sources of Vitamin A include apricot, beet greens, broccoli, cantaloupe, carrots, chicken liver, eggs, fish and fish oil, kale, mango, milk, orange, pink grapefruit, pumpkin, shell fish, spinach, sweet potato, and various kinds of dark, green leafy vegetables. Great vitamin B sources include banana, beans, beef liver, chili pepper, lentils, tuna, turkey and fat-free meat products.
Vitamin C can be found within the following: black currant, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage (raw), cantaloupe, cauliflower, garlic, grapefruit, guava, kiwi fruit, lemon, lime, lychee, mango, melon, orange, papaya, parsley, passion fruit, persimmon, raspberry, red pepper, spinach, strawberry, and tangerine, to name a few. Great sources of Vitamin E include: asparagus, egg, milk, nuts, seeds, spinach and whole grain foods. Lastly, some of the best sources of zinc are: almonds, beans, black currant, bran, fat free red meats, nuts, poultry liver, seeds (pumpkin, sunflower), whole grains, and wheat germ.
Food as a tinnitus remedy would also work well should you keep to the recommended portions. That means, you spread these food types out between five or six small meals per day. It simply would not do you any good to eat too much, since everything in excess can cause ailments, illnesses and physiological changes also.
