Massage is a treatment that uses different kinds of physical contact to relax, revive and heal the body. It is used to treat a wide range of emotional and physical health problems.

There are a few different styles of massage, but the main function is one that is to soothing the muscle pains; other is to increase the energy levels; to improve the blood circulations and a specific physical condition; others it helps you relax. Massage makes your body feels lighter, and can have a positive effect on your whole body - your bones, your muscles, your heart, your skin, your breathing, digestion, and your mental health.

Why you need massage?

Massage therapy is the systematized manipulation of soft tissues for the purpose of normalizing them. Practitioners use a variety of physical methods including applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, or causing movement to the body. Therapists primarily use their hands, but may also use their forearms, elbows, or feet.

The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and well-being.

Touch is the core ingredient of massage therapy and also combines science and art. Practitioners learn specific techniques for massage and use their sense of touch to determine the right amount of pressure to apply to each person and locate areas of tension and other soft-tissue problems. Touch also conveys a sense of caring, an important component in the healing relationship.

When muscles are overworked, waste products such as lactic acid can accumulate in the muscle, causing soreness, stiffness, and even muscle.

Our body is like machines (example: car & others), needs servicing. The symptom is, if too much wind in your body, you will feel lazy, not enough sleep, although you been sleeping for long hours. That’s why we need massage. A good massage will make you feel the different of your body after massage. If you don’t feel any different, then it shows somewhere is not right with the massage. Massage can helps to cure and relieve a wide range of complaints. Massage is particularly good at relieving stress, feeling too tired, easily get tired when walking far distance, panic attacks, backache, migraine, rheumatism, through to high blood pressure, etc.

Massage can be used to treat specific physical injuries or difficulties, and it help after someone has had an injury. It can also help prevent further muscle or tissue damage.

One hour before any massage treatment, avoid taking large meals. And after massage, it's also advisable to drink at least two glass of plain water which will help your body to flush away the toxins out of your body.

Prevention

Do not blow the fan directly to your body; not to take shower with cold water in the night, etc.

These are a few ways for the wind to enter our body. And a few ways to remove it. So, one of it is massage.

Massage improves circulation, which increases blood flow, bringing fresh oxygen to body tissues. This can assist the elimination of waste products, speed healing after injury, and enhance recovery from disease. After all, the effect of most massages is that to make you feel much better and more relax.
