You can prepare a face cleansing lotion with two parts apple cider vinegar and one part water and cleans your entire face with the solution. For a more intense cleanse, use the cotton ball method in the same manner as the lemon juice, and cleanse the pimple directly.

Natural remedies for acne are great options for those that have mild to moderate acne and only need on the spot treatment.
