Panic or anxiety attack is a multi-factorial condition where your psychological matters and problems are evident physically. The place and the people you are exposed to are also a enormous part in determining whether you will or will not have the condition. When you are living in a home where violence and problems abound, you are at risk for this condition. Another reason of panic attacks, except family violence is the stressful environment of the working place.
The type of individual that you are or your individuality may put you in among those people who have this disorder. Keep in mind that panic attack is due to too much stress and anxiety; so, this disorder can also be acquired if you are fond of holding back all your feelings inside you, particularly the bad ones. So if you have struggles in communicating your feeling then it is probable that this will lead to you you having a disorder after a while.
When a person in your family dies or you lost a dear thing, it can also result to a panic attack. A lot of stress can be due to the fact that you lost a very integral part of your life. This is most especially true when that individual or job you lost will exceedingly affect not only your present but also your future. Doing nothing to resolve the root of stress will surely lead to panic or anxiety attacks.
And finally, some medications also may become the panic attacks causes that you can possibly avoid. Benzodiazepines, for example, can aggravate panic attacks because of the unpleasant side effects. But, to ease the symptoms of panic attack such as bradycardia and tachycardia, this drug is given which is kind of weird. Anxiety attacks are only the preliminary otcome of the medication so you don't have to worry yourself a lot about it.
