One of the words that marked the first decade of the 2000s is certainly "integration." A word used and sometimes abused in all areas, from communication to the network, from moving to construction.
Just in the later sector integration has assumed particular forms that the noble aim of reducing emissions that buildings emit into the environment and at the same time permit energy savings in all sectors from industrial to residential. Just think of the enormous progress that has made the design to integrate the PV wall and many other technologies that until a few years ago 'was unthinkable. There are many industrial areas within which you can see innovative roofing material in photovoltaic or solar thermal that sometimes meet all requirements of the building in which they are installed.
One area where space is finding more and more energy integration is certainly the restructuring homes, hotels or office buildings and public housing. In designing the renovation of houses there are many possible additions to the coverage was complemented by solar housing up to a solar thermal plants which maintain a constant temperature throughout the building in which they are installed. Building on the principles of green building it is not only to limit the use of nonrenewable resources but also use all possible situations and materials of biological origin that are not harmful or the environment, nor for us. In fact, the building is not only one of the areas most used, and sometimes waste, raw materials, but also one of the areas where the use of chemicals is more intense and systematic. Just the issue brought to light numerous healthy problems that fortunately have referred to a change of course in favor of the use of materials handled and processed only with natural methods and certificates.
Not only that, there are many turn-key renovation projects involving the use of high-performance homes not only for systems installed power generation but also for materials that allow a thermal insulation which consequently allows you to limit costs to cool and heat. Furthermore, not only solar and wind power plants can be "home" but also radiant heat and reuse of stormwater, less common types of plant in Italy, but surely they have room within the world of green building.
Much attention must be given to the internal restructuring of the house especially when it comes to designing custom kitchens and bathroom renovations places inside of which is fundamental to the provision of appliances. Their own position, or their contact with one another can be critical for the energy saving and efficiency of the same.
Another area where green building is catching a lot would be on tourism and design hotels, holiday homes and other facilities. Just because they turn out to be one of the areas where it is most felt the topic of green building in particular in mountainous areas where exposure to the sun and the orientation of the building are essential to its operation.
