Well it's the Christmas season once more and many people will be looking down at there waist wondering why there pants are much tighter than they remember. It's the same every year gym memberships in January rockets to unprecedented levels. This is a great time to be a Personal Trainer or Fitness Professional and many are fully booked by the first week in January.
Many people though either can't afford a regular Gym membership, can't (or won't) find the time or don't feel comfortable in a Gym. They are easy prey for the slick advertising campaigns promoting the latest miracle piece of at home exercise equipment. I'm sure you know what I mean. Super slim models with six pack abs showing off the latest piece of at home exercise equipment. Our heads tell us they didn't get to look like that using the exercise equipment they're trying to sell but our hearts want it to be true this time. Sadly I can almost guarantee it won't be (because it never is) and after using it for a week or so it'll end up gathering dust in a spare room.
These adverts are designed to push our buttons. That of wanting to lose weight without actually having to do any work. We're therefore already partly convinced that it'll work for us and so we get suckered in once again. We know what the reality is but even so we think it might be different this time. Sadly it won't be any different this time no matter how slick the sales patter. Such a piece of equipment doesn't and never will exist no matter how hard we want it. Getting weight loss results is going to require effort on your part.
In this life we get out what we put in and strangely enough if we don't put anything in we are not going to get anything out. Wishing it was different isn't going to make it different so so we might as well accept that were going to have to work to achieve our weight and fat loss goals.
Having accepted this idea we should be looking for pieces of at home exercise equipment that actually works. Standing head and shoulders above the useless junk is the TRX Suspension Training Workout. This system consists of a pair of straps and a mounting kit that be fixed either to a door or wall. Then by utilising the straps many different types of body weight exercises can be performed.
The system is so simple to use and has nothing that can break. The only thing moving will be you. Without the TRX Suspension System many highly beneficial body weight exercises would be impossible to do. Combining aerobic and strength training in one effective workout means your workouts can be shorter and much more effective than by doing traditional aerobic exercise alone.
Sad to say but this won't suit everyone. If you still believe in the tooth fairy and other fantasies then this piece of equipment isn't for you. If you buy the TRX you will get hot and sweaty (which is a good thing), you will need to work hard, you will need to be disciplined and you'll have to use it frequently (no hiding it under the bed).
The TRX Training System will cost you over $150. However the TRX System is likely to be the only piece of exercise equipment you'll ever have to buy so it's not as expensive as it seems.
If you want a piece of at home exercise equipment that will deliver on it's promises why not take a look at the TRX Suspension Training System.
Finding non gimmicky workout equipment that actually works can be challenging to say the least. Why not take a look at the TRX Training System and take your workouts to the next level?
