What do you mean "how to earn big bucks on craigslist for free?"

I've heard and seen this question in numerous places online, so I figured I'll go ahead and write a quick article on this topic because when I first came online seeking some quick cash, I developed my own experience with craigslist.

There are at least 3-4 ways to earn money on craigslist, but now I'm going to talk about one method that worked really well for me.

I was looking for a job on craigslist almost 4 years ago, and I knew virtually nothing about a computer or the internet at that time, I just knew how to work the search engine for whatever I was looking for.

One desperate day I was browsing craigslist jobs and I seen an interesting ad saying something similar to,"Data Entry Job Openings In The Area."

It continues... "We are looking for honest and hard working people in the area with a desire to work in the data entry field. The only thing you need is a computer with internet access and simple typing skills to earn money with this job."

Now tell me, does this sound like a real legit company offering a real job?

Yes, I thought so too, but sad to say, it's not a job by a long shot. These are not employers offering real jobs at home, these are regular people sitting in their pajamas trying to make some quick cash off of people who are honesty seeking a real job.

I sent an email to this person saying that I was interested in his job offer.Then he emailed me back along with a description of the job. He said I would be processing emails and I would earn $15 for every email I process online according to the simple directions outlined in the training materials.

Yes it seemed real but I should of known BETTER!

Here was the catch

Alright there was a ONE-TIME fee of $15 to start and the fee was said to be to process the training materials.

At that time I didn't think anything of it but now I see it doesn't cost anything to send electronic information over the internet via email. It was only a plain and short e-book he sent by email.

But I paid that man $15 and I made it back many times over using the same method he used on me.

My husband and I were constantly struggling and I thought of this method as the answer to our money problems.

I was brand spanking new at making money online, so I didn't think of it as a scam because I making money, and also helping others do the same. (the data entry craigslist style).

The training ebook was ONLY teaching people how to do the same thing over and over again ,which is how and where to place ads on craigslist and what to say in your e-mails to get paid.

I clearly copied this strategy that same day after I paid the $15 for the training ebook. First I was mad because it wasn't a real job, but I did it anyway because I was broke.

I started to get at least 20-30 replies from my ads in one hour, that is until it was flagged down by craigslist, or craigslist users.

I was selling the training materials for $10.00 at first and on average I got around 9-11 customers a day during the week, and I got a little less during the weekend. That doesn't seem like much to some people, but it helped pay the bills and I didn't complain. I then lowered the cost to $5, and that's when I started getting more responses and virtually no refund requests.

Some of my customers emailed me thanking me, but obviously not everyone was happy with it when they found out it wasn't a real job.

A legitimate way to earn from craigslist

Now one legitimate way to earn money on craigslist is to search through the "free" section to see what people are giving away for free in your area, then if you see something worth selling, you can go pick it up and sell it on craigslist.

I've seen lots of good stuff in the free section, like electronics, furniture, bikes, pianos, entertainment centers, games, clothes, etc.

I was a newbie 4 years ago, and I learned a lot since then about how to earn a full time income online with no money out of pocket, but it definitely doesn't involved any crazy tricks to mislead innocent people into anything crazy.

I only recommend helping others, not abusing them.
