Garmin fr60 review
Are you looking for a heart rate monitor that will suit all your needs? Then like most of our clients I’m sure you would agree that finding that perfect heart rate monitor among the plethora of information out there isn’t easy.
In this Garmin FR60 review I will discuss the pros and cons of this product giving you better insight into why most fitness enthusiasts purchase this model above the rest.
Let’s begin with design- simplicity combined with a sleek design makes this both comfortable to wear and easy to read display. Designed for both women and men this watch comes in black, pink, lilac, and bi-color of red and black. With the dark colors dirt and grime accumulated isn’t obviously visible to others and the lighter colors are more aimed towards the women.
Indoor & Outdoor – This Garmin Fr60 review also notes that this is one of the very heart rate monitor that could be used both in-doors and out-doors. Able to track and monitor all workouts information the Garmin Fr60 gives more bang for your buck. Information recorded are time, heart rate, calories burned, lap times and even averages.
Moreover this Garmin FR60 also boasts superior training tools, such as training alarms and Virtual Partner. This is definitely my favorite feature because it allows you to race against a virtual training partner to improve your performance and keep you motivated
Track Your Health – In conjunction with the Tanita BC-1000 body composition scale the Garmin FR60 can also track body fat, body water, weight, and six other measurements. All information is automatically stored on the FR60 which can then seamlessly be sent to Garmin Connect if you are in range of your computer.
Pushing the Training Barrier – Through the ANT+ wireless link the FR60 has the option of a wireless foot pod, which tracks both your speed and distance. This could be used either indoors or out-doors.
The accelerometer is the name of this technology. With the foot pod designed in such a way that it collects and sends exact data about your every moment. The data given is proven to be at the least 98 percent accurate.
Due to the numerous tools and features offered for the FR60 this Garmin Fr60 review could not cover the whole list. Still with all the necessary tools to be included in this monitor you would be looking at nothing over $200USD. This is a great bargain if you want a heart rate monitor that can be used anywhere in any type of training environment.
