The last and most important patch for FM 2011 has come out on the 8th of March. It was numbered as 11.3.0.

The news section and mail box have been pooled back accompanied by a new look. The match engine has been improved to incorporate player emotions. Football players respond more clearly to what is going on the playing field. Trainings became better and there are 14 extra areas to develop players in. Moreover, a new match preparation part permits you to train team in explicit tactical formations.

So demanded "dynamic league reputation" was added to the game particularly for FM community and for people who play the game managing a team in a less fancied nation, and take the club to glory, the reputation of that nation's league will raise.
