The coffee moves millions of dollars annually around the world, it is the second most traded commodity in the world. Since its foray into the Western world, the growth in marketing increased rapidly.
There are 150 million people living on coffee around the world, and that number will increase over time. The fact that is the second most traded commodity in the world makes coffee the world's most famous beverage, accepted by different cultures.
The main producer of coffee worldwide is Colombia; Brazil is second and third is Vietnam. Due to the economic movement generated, there are many economic and social interests around the marketing and production of coffee. The number of bags exported annually is 80 million, mostly made in South America.No matter what brand of coffee a family consume at home, there is more than 90% chance that it is South American coffee.
The coffee comes in different forms of consumption, today one of the newest forms it’s in coffee capsules it offers easy preparation and quality. An espresso capsules to be exact, is the fastest way to have an espresso and coming out cheaper than a traditional one. The flavor and aroma is the same and the quality is very good.

Classifications to label coffee under certain environmental or labor standards are as follows, shade-grown, bird-friendly they mean using the regions where natural shade of the trees protect the coffee plants during the growing season. Organic coffee has to be produced under strict certifications and is produced without using artificial pesticides. All these certificates are strictly enforced by an espresso capsules.
Coffee, one of the most consumed products worldwide has evolved along human society.
