The only difference between a job and multi-level marketing is the fact with a multi-level marketing opportunity - the 'opportunity' to become financially independent is there, with a job, most times it is not. Very few people, become financially independent by the way of working a traditional job. However, if you don't understand the rules of network marketing most efforts will be a in vain.

In my opinion, network marketing or multi level marketing (which both mean virtually the same thing), is an incredible way to amass wealth; when you understand the secrets of how to become wealthy in that chosen profession. The key is having a system in place that will assist you every step of the way

What a lot of the leaders in many of these companies don't teach is that many times they are using other resources independent of what the masses are using; which gives this an edge and that is the real 'answer' of how they are cashing the big checks. There are only a small percentage of leaders,if any, who are not using some type of individualized system.

I am not here to promote any one type of system because there are so many, however what I am here to promote is the fact that if you desire to be a player in this game and win; you have to stand out in the crowd, and do something different. Understand that this is your business and you have to do what feels right, and that is not following a cookie cutter system.

There are tons of network marketing companies, and most of them are great, the key is to find one that resonates with your core values, one that you would do even if there wasn't any money to be made. Do not make the mistake of being involved with a company because they have the best compensation plan. Compensation does count, but that shouldn't be the first priority. The real key lies in the system that you have in place in order to be successful. Remember that most network marketers fail, not because they are not smart or have diligence, but because they don't' have a system in place that will allow them to excel in a multitude of ways.
