Paying attention to your health has become a vital thing in our modern world. Pollution, unhealthy food, constant stress... It's hard to avoid the influence of some factors. However, we can try our best to remain fit and in good mood! We shouldn't spare our efforts for it!

Dance classes is a perfect way to stay in a good shape. I can say it from my own experience! I really love dancing. However, my first dance classes were the choice of my parents, not my own. And I didn't really like them. Still, when I became older I was so very much obliged to my parents!Why so? Here are the reasons!

There are so many children with serious health problems nowadays! Obesity, blood pressure, heart diseases and so on. Well, every person has some problems, and I can't say I'm totally healthy either. Still, I have quite few problems,and I'm sure this is because my dance classes! That's why I'm so glad my parents insisted on dancing!

Let's not mention experts' research and scientific views here. I will just share my own experience with you. Why dance classes are good? Well, they help to avoid the following widely spread health problems:

  • excess weight

  • scoliosis and other spine disorders

  • sleep disturbance

  • blood pressure

  • stress and depression

Of course, dancing has some disadvantages. For me, they were mainly strained tendons and pulled muscles. Oh, and problems with my meniscus! But you don't need to dance professionally to be healthy and fit! One or two hours three times a week will be enough for you! But if you feel you can dance professionally and compete, try it without doubts! You will never forget the feeling of success!

In addition to the positive effect on your health dancing makes you feel more self-confident and resolute. Had any problems with communication? After getting enrolled into dance studio you will forget them! Moreover, dancing makes you more attractive in your own eyes and therefore in the eyes of other people. So are you ready to feel all the benefits of dancing? Then don't wait, look for the dance studio and enjoy dancing!
