Human resource operations and recruitment procedures affect an organization’s success in a broad way. Recruitment can be referred to a very tough task and is also important for the organization. In order to exchange these CVs, the format is to be considered before exchanging. The CVs should be the hr-xml format in order to be considered.
For managing the information and making the exchange among the systems easy, the software has to bring all the information into a uniform form. To avoid the confusion and complexity in the exchange process, a standard format was developed. This format is known as the hr-xml format. Hr-xml can be defined as a set of XML specifications, which are used to enable e-business processes and also automate the exchange of data and information in the human resources field. In other words, hr-xml is a standard web document format, which is developed by a non profitable and independent organization called as the HR-XML Consortium. The Consortium developed and published open data exchange standards based on XML. Companies can transact with their other counterparts using these standards and specifications. There will be no need of establishing or implementing separate interchange mechanisms for HR information.
Hr-xml has become a great help to the end users or the business organizations very effectively. The exchange of HR data has become simpler through the various sites. Hr-xml documents have become the standardized form of web documents that can be accessed through any web based application. These documents help hugely in handling the resources in the company for the HR department and are becoming popular among the companies round the world.
