If you are like many others around the world, you are spending an increasing amount of time working, playing, or researching at a computer. In addition to creating eye stress and other health problems, this can actually lessen the results of any grow taller naturally exercises you may be performing. It is important to maintain good posture at all times, even when sitting, to ensure that you are at your full height. Slouching at your computer is bad for a variety of reasons, so read on to learn more about how to improve your posture when you’re working.
The most important aspect of your workstation is right underneath you. Your chair should give adequate support to your body and should be adjusted to a height that allows you to work comfortably. You should reach everything on your desk with ease. Your lower back should be supported by the back of the chair and your shoulders should be straight. Adjustable arm rests are the most beneficial traits for a good chair, as they will allow your elbows to be near your waist.
The seat of your chair should be padded but not too squishy. It should extend an inch wider than your hips and thighs on either side at the least. You should be able to fit two or three fingers between the back of your knees and the cushion of the chair when you are seated.
The work surface is the next important aspect of your computer desk. The keyboard should be 2 to 3 inches above the knees, although it can be up to 6 inches above the knees. Everything must be within comfortable reach, including your mouse and other office supplies. Your arms should be parallel to the floor as often as possible and your wrists should be straight.
The monitor should be raised from the desk so you don’t need to slouch to look at it. This is a drawback of laptop computers because the monitor cannot be dis attached to allow for easy viewing. Consider getting an extra monitor for your workstation for your eyes and your height.
Most importantly, your back needs good support. You should not need to slouch your shoulders or your neck. This can cause neck in back issues over time, which are very difficult to get rid of and can be continuously painful.
Remember to get up and walk around every once in awhile. Stretch out your neck and your back; in fact, do some grow taller exercise to stretch For 5 minutes every 20 minutes to ensure that your hard work is rewarded.
GROWTHMAX PLUS makes you grow taller by using all natural ingredients to make your body respond with an increase in growth hormone production.
