Everybody should know art! Art is an important form of expression. Art speaks. It could talk just about anything, angst, failure, happiness, friendship, great love and more. Art comes in so many different forms. It could be through a novel, poetry, film but one of the most visual and popular form of art is painting.
Whatever is it that would appear on the canvas will signify the artist’s emotion at that particular moment when he’s painting it. Art is vague. Art may be simple. Art could also be complicated. Art, as mentioned earlier, is everything – yes, it is abstract; you can’t even find apt words to describe it.
Art is important since it will tell us that we are human and capable of feeling and expressing emotions in different forms. Paintings can get us inspired, lifted to a higher level of being. One of the most famous painters of all time is the controversial Van Gogh. He might have had certain flaws, but his creativity brought him to be a popular painter. His story, through his paintings, will always inspire us.
Also, art is important since it’s an outlet of our minds. For example, if you’re a little stressed out with work or maybe fed up with some of the issues that are going on in your life, you could express it by painting. Your canvas is your outlet. Some even say:" There is real beauty in madness." We are all born with natural talents. Make use of your talent as it might bring balance to your life and peace to your soul.
Try to visit many art galleries in your area and take note of that feeling inside whenever you’re looking at a certain painting. You might even get goose bumps just by trying to put yourself into the shoes of the painter and asking yourself: "What could have been the thoughts running through his mind when he painted it." You’ll be amazed to get a glimpse of the emotions and the intensity that might have been at that moment when the artist started painting the canvas.
They say that once you visit an art gallery, your imagination gets heightened. Well, that’s true. You need not be an artist to experience that. You’re human and that’s why you get to feel that once you soak in the unique aura prevelant in any art gallery.
