When we are talking about some rubbish things, we like to use the words ‘Blah Blah Blah’. But can we think of these words as a name of something? Most of us will never think of this type of idea. Yet someone had named his band as Blah Blah Blah Band long ago in the year of 1998.
Back in the summer of 1998, four Englishmen from the south of France made a sparkling entry in a localized setting after being engaged in the typical music business for years. Before stepped in local bars to let people know of their musical excellence, they had started working with big musical bands with the dream of earning name and fame. Gradually, the popularity of Blah Blah Blah music scattered all over the world and they had started attracting almost over 250 music enthusiasts every year to their local shows. This helped them big to fulfill their dreams and to emerge as one of the most familiar bands from Chicago.
The success mantra of Blah Blah Blah Band lies in their music. They never wasted the bulk of their energy trying to brainstorm over clever band names and contrived marketing schemes. Instead they concentrated on their music and realized that what matters the most is music of their band, not some special names. They never wanted to attract people with some attractive name, but with the soul of their Blah Blah Blah music.
Right from the formation of the Blah Blah Blah Band, everything seemed to be perfect. The craze for their music reached unknown heights when the two friends from Iowa started mesmerizing their fans with their magical guitar melodies. With Roberts being the front-man and Hardman on drums, the musical band started to develop for good. There were a line up of huge number of guitarists and bassists who would like to perform in the team. Finally, two Frenchmen, Stephane Benguigui on guitar and Lionel Baldassare on bass were recruited to accompany with the band performance.
In the year of 2010, the Blah Blah Blah music was voted as one of the Chicago Tribune's next bands. This gave the band the opening to make it big. For their upcoming project named ‘Thank You Thank You’, they decided to ditch the ease of digital and embrace the techniques of yester-year as the entire EP will be recorded in analog reel-to-reel on 2-inch tape. By doing this, they are trying to prove that sometimes one has to take a step back to truly move forward.
