Most guests would not attend to these rsvp cards because they feel that they are already included in the final guest-list. Most of the time, it’s because they are close to the bride or groom or they are family members that are expected to go. Having these cards means that brides and wedding organizers can create a final guests list and a seating plan so that they can save money by confirming how many people are going and so that they can plan where people are going to sit during the reception so that they can have fun with their friends while meeting new people.
Another reason why people do not reply to wedding invites rsvp cards is that they do not understand what the cards are for. Not a lot of people actually know what rsvp sands for, so most of the time they just neglect the card and go straight to the main wedding invitation. the best remedy for this is to make the wedding invites rsvp card sound personal. Instead of just the initials rsvp, you can place a personal message on the card. Try something like "please contact (name of contact person) at (contact number) to confirm that you will be joining us in celebrating this memorable and important day".
