Weight Loss Over Gain Weight

For other, having a good body posture is often meant to be successful in life. Good body build attracts many of us. Men with good physique stand above the rest and the Sexiest women will be crowned to be the lady of the night or won a certain pageant. But could you imagine that not all of us are in favor of weight losing, some would like to gain weight as well. Here are the grounds why people would like to be thinner or bigger.
Would Like to Gain Weight
(a) Genetic – It is said that we can inherent some of our traits and physical look from our parents or grandparents. Being born to be underweight is not the end of the world. You can take this positively to make you feel better. You can be of help in some aspect you’ll never know. Live normally like others, acceptance is the cure for the good effect on these abnormalities.
(b) Malnutrition – These are cause by food deficiency. Family with shortage of food supplies might needed to be donated with food from the families who are wealthy to share blessings.
(c) Chubby babies – Parents opt to be a loving parent by spoiling their children. One way of it is over feeding because a chubby baby is very huggable by parents are not aware that by this approach their child is prone to have sickness called obesity and soon getting slimmer will be a problem.
(d) In despair – being broken hearted or being involved in a family or friend’s problem, a person might want to be alone eating his snacks or going to the bar for some fun to forgot the problems at home and has no concern on his/her body figure if it blow up bigger.
Gaining weight not only depends on the old times which are misleading. If you think that your being malnourish came from your mother or your being chubby is because your father is over feeding you. Think again, that everything that is happening is for a cause. Even you’ve been as thin as a stick. There are many things that you can contribute for the benefit of your family. And if you wanted a change you can start by staying fit to avoid any illness caused by overweight like heart problem and incurable cancer.
Would Like to Lose Weight
(a) Obese – overweight most of the time leads to obesity, it is an unbalanced circumstance that the body fat has accumulated which may be a basis of health disorder. Obese people should follow exercise routine to lose weight.
(b) Work – Before you get hire, you should submit first your passing Medical Record. Offices are looking for good body build employee enough to close a deal on a certain account, because these are plus points to any client indeed; it can attract a person leading to a good impression.
(c) Contest – Society now a day is very judgmental. Heavy people are being set aside from most of the competition one point is that they can hardly run so fast that may lead the team to lose the game. If you are fat your friends might be aloof to befriend you. Worse you will have a hard time looking for friends. Even celebrities who are getting chubby might fall to the center of their detractors’ magazine.
(d) Fan of a Celebrity – People often see the celebrities as their mirror of hope. Doing their idol’s activities satisfy a fan because whatever the shape of their idol is, should be seen on his body too. It is one way of supporting as well.
Thus, whatever your reason to weight loss the most important thing this will make you happy. Encouraging yourself to do the practice of exercising and proper nutritional diet combined will result to a healthy you.
