If you are one of those people that experience any kind of joint pain, then instead of trying a variety of harmful anti inflammatory medicine you should try a more natural way in which you just need to eat the food wisely. In order to reduce the pain you just need to avoid those foods that cause it. To help you more in this here is a list of few of those foods that cause joint pain.
Sugar: It is one of those primary foods that cause joint pain. It not only decreases the immunity system of your body, but it increases the inflammation and cancer cells as well. Other than this, extra sugar is also responsible for arthritis, so if you want to reduce your pain it is always a good idea to avoid sugar in every possible manner.
Alcohol: It is one of the most harmful materials for the body that creates so many other problems and it is one of those foods that cause pain in the joints as well. Few people consume it because they find it helpful in their pain and for an extent that may be true as well. Since alcohol is a neurotoxin substance so it affects the brain and it suppresses the pain for a short period of time, but after that increases a lot of other problems that cause joint pain. The biggest problem of alcohol is that it spreads into the entire body with the blood and it weakens the membrane of joints that helps for smooth movement of joints and as a result of this problem the person experiences joint pain. Other than this, it affects the brain, liver, kidney and pancreases as well which not only weakens a person psychically but mentally as well.
Nightshades: Foods that are acidic in nature have fat or fall into a member of the nightshade family and are those foods that cause joint pain. Food such as eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, chili are common inflammatory foods and people should avoid it to stay away from joint pain. In addition to this, people should avoid curd, vinegar and other similar acidic foods as well because it also increases the problem of pain.
Packed Food: If you are eating meat, vegetables or fruits that come in packed boxes with preservatives than you need to understand that these are those foods that cause joint pain. No matter what kind of packed food you are consuming it can cause pain in the joints to you. Since all packed foods contain a large amount of preservatives for keeping it fresh for a long time, and these preservatives are responsible for joint pain. So we can say instead of canned food you should consume only fresh food.
Gluten Food: Those foods that contain gluten are another source of inflammatory problems that cause joint pain. Since gluten is not easily digestible material and as a result of this it creates indigestion and some other problems that cause and increase joint pain. That's why it is suggested that people who have arthritis should avoid foods that have gluten in it.
