In this modern world, more and more men are extremely unhappy about their penis sizes. Be forewarned though. Using surgical methods to increase the length and girth of the penis may bring about unwanted effects, even complications. There are risk of surface infections, bleeding, bruising, or even painful scarring, reduced angle of erection, causing your beloved penis to be very prone to injury. The re-absorption of fat cells would sometimes lead to penis shortening, asymmetry and deformities, soft erections, permanent numbness, loss of sexual function, and even impotence.

Penis surgery, apart from the obvious risks, is viewed to be dangerous with potential side effects and complications. The cost such surgery is also a big issue. Typical surgery costs of the different types of cosmetic penile surgery could be as low as $3,000 per operation to as much as $10,000! There are many men who had unsuccessful operations ended up spending another large sum of money on further surgery, in an attempt to restore their former penis size. And even that sometimes without success!
