Man is not a machine, but to work like machine one need to posses good health. As in healthy body resides healthy brain. To work in order to have proper mechanism fit body is must. With the change in time the working atmosphere of man has also changed. He has to put more efforts in order to get success in life. With gradual increase in competition proper body is required.
Studies had revealed diet pattern of people who eat a lot, don't exercise and still stay thin. It is due to their eating habits. Thin people eat right by accident and overweight people eat wrong by accident. Deficiency of Oxalic -Acetic acid a key catalyst in Energy (Krebs) cycle increased causing more fats.
Losing weight is not a tough task and you need to be consistent and regular on your eating habits. Always remember the principle of "never being too hungry and never too full." When you are hungry, you tend to eat a lot causing fat in your body. So never forget your eating habits, because it's essential to control this habit of over eating.
When we are hungry, we tend to overeat to satisfy our urge for food or to store extra energy in our body. This unusual tendency is a big reason of being fat. It's better to eat as soon as possible when we are hungry, a full course meal is not necessary. It can be a quickie like some fruits, or salad or soup.
To fight with this world one has to be stronger. Then now it has somewhat became fashion also to look healthy and attractive. As all people in this world bound to fall under beauty. So, for that perfect toning of the body exercise is must. With fit body man can overcome any difficulties of his life. Life of men is not easy. Every day is a new start for him. To face all such difficulties with smile on face fitness is essential. Brain works effectively with fit body. Staying active will help him to keep away from all diseases. Human will be more concentrate on his goal in attaining success. This world is full of crooked person in order to be victorious healthy body is must. As it is the survival of the fittest.
