How would you like to build some lean muscles, lose some body fat and look younger in the same process? It does sound a bit far-fetched but there are people who claimed to have successfully done that with the help of the human growth hormone in their body. Human growth hormone or HGH as it is also known has been used by bodybuilders for a few years now.
Bodybuilders use human growth hormone supplements to help them with their muscles building and body building. But little do they know they might be putting their life in danger.
Human growth hormone is a type of hormone that is produced by our pituitary gland in our brain. This can help us with our growth especially in height and in our muscles. But unfortunately as we grow older, the production of this human growth hormone will decrease. This is why sports persons especially body builders use human growth hormone as a supplement to help enhance their performances.
Taking human growth hormone as a supplement to body building is illegal. The drugs have never been approved by the FDA and to sell and buy theses human growth hormone supplements are considered as illegal activities. Even so, there are those who have no care for the law and these supplements are readily available over the Internet.
Even though these human growth hormone supplements are not approved by the FDA and is considered illegal at large, the fact that human growth hormone can help these bodybuilders stands. But instead of taking artificial supplements, these bodybuilders can opt to increase their level of human growth hormone naturally.
The best way to increase your human growth hormone level is to exercise. But it is not just any exercise, a short but intense body workout. Research has also concluded that a short sprint or a hill sprint can help boost your human growth hormone level. Combine these intense exercises with a good night sleep and food that can stabilize the sugar in your blood, can help pushes the body to release more human growth hormone.
As you get more in shape, your body will still produce the human growth hormone even after you've decided to stop exercising. If you don't believe this, you can take a look at the difference between a sprint runner and a long distance runner. A sprint runner will have a lean and more muscular body while the long distance runner is usually thin and have less muscle.
If you are in doubt, you can always try this simple and basic work out. It does not take much time and you will feel great after the work out. You won't need any equipment, just a place to train and some of your time.
First, find a place for your workout, a place that you can run for about 15 to 20 minutes. Places like soccer fields or running tracks would be perfect. At the field, sprint for 15 to 20 seconds, then drop down to do 10 vigorous push ups and if possible 10 mountain climbers. After that short exercise, walk for 15 to 20 seconds around the field to cool down. Repeat the process for 15 to 20 minutes.
Do this short exercise continuously for a period of time, and you will feel and look great in no time!
