One of the main causes of acne is the overproduction of oil from your sebaceous glands and not having enough vitamins. Some think it's the hormones found in milk. Acne is also caused due to the production of sex hormones, especially testosterone, in both guys and girls.
According to naturopathic doctors, one of the root causes of acne is accumulation of metabolic toxins and excess hormones in the body due to slow activity of the liver and other organs involved in flushing out of body wastes.
Acne cystic manifests when your body overproduces fatty acids known as sebum. It contains cysts inside blackheads or whiteheads. It is also the most embarrassing and most painful type of acne.
Bumps, pimples and skin blemishes usually accompany this rash. Acne bumps can either be blackheads, whiteheads, pimples, or cysts. You get bumps when the oil rupture in the canal that carries it. The Bumps are formed when bacteria gets in your skin and the actual puss is the white blood cells fighting the bacteria.
A false statement about the causes of acne is that black heads are caused by dirt. Toxins build up in the body and clogged pores caused by excessive oil and dead skin cells also is a prime cause for this skin condition. The bacterium on and under the skin also causes this condition. Stress is also attributed to bringing about this condition. Cystic acne causes painful pus-filled bumps, called nodules, which are deeply embedded beneath the skins surface; and if not treated, will lead to scarring.
Rosecea is another common, chronic skin disorder. Rosacea, or acne rosacea, is clinically defined as a chronic "acneiform" disorder which affects both the skin and the eyes. Although similar in appearance to acne vulgaris, it affects women over 30 and is a red rash, normally on the cheeks, nose, forehead and chin.
Pimples, black heads, and blemishes are among the most common skin infections caused by acne.
Hormones
Some think it's the hormones found in milk. Milk contains androgen hormones, which have long been associated with the formation of acne break outs. The production of sex hormones, especially testosterone, in both guys and girls is a prime contributing factor. According to naturopathic doctors, the root causes of acne can be traced to the accumulation of metabolic toxins and excess hormones in the body due to slow activity of the liver and other organs involved in flushing out of body wastes.
Diet
There is a widespread argument about whether poor diet causes acne, but in my opinion based on my own experiences of bad skin, diet definitely plays an important part. The type of food you consume can help prevent and even cure acne problems. Some of the recommended food are salmon, halibut, tuna, sardines, fresh organic vegetables, and whole grains.
Causes of acne is something essential to recognize if you want an effective treatment or medication. Even though many types of acne have been discovered as well as the effective treatments of these types, its cause is still very much a mystery. And since one of the causes of acne is bacteria, couldn't it be possible that the presence of honey in the formula IS a benefit not delivered by drugstore brands?
Acne health
The evidence that cow's milk is one of the biggest causes of acne is confirmed by several studies. With scientific breakthrough, studies prove that a very effective way to fight its cause is by means of internal cleansing treatment, or what we know as antioxidants.
