Acne causes that are not discussed openly

One of the main causes of acne is the hormones in the body. Milk contains androgen hormones, which have long been associated with the formation of acne breakouts. Another cause is the production of sex hormones, especially testosterone, in both guys and girls. Naturopathic doctors believe that accumulation of metabolic toxins and excess hormones in the body is considered to be one of the root causes of acne. Skin blemishes, bumps and pimples usually accompany this kind of rash and can be categorized as black heads, whiteheads, pimples, or cysts. Bumps occur when the oil break in the canal that carries it. Bumps form when bacteria gets in the skin and the puss is the white blood cells fighting the bacteria.
Yet another cause is the overproduction of oil from your sebaceous glands and lack of vitamins. Acne cystic manifests when your body overproduces fatty acids known as sebum. It is also the most embarrassing and most painful type of acne.
It is widely believed that some common factors like stress, diet, hormones and biological factors are the chief causes for acne. Under the influence of the hormones the body produces the sebum that blocks the skin pores and causes acne.
A misguided statement about the causes of cystic acne is that black heads are caused by dirt. It is actually the toxin build up in the body and clogged pores caused by excessive oil and dead skin cells that causes this skin condition, with the bacterium on and under the skin.
Stress is also attributed to bringing about this condition. Cystic acne causes painful pus-filled bumps, called nodules, which are deeply embedded beneath the skins surface; and if not treated, will leave scarmarks on the skin.
Rosecea is another common, chronic skin disorder. Rosecea, or acne rosecea, is clinically defined as a chronic "acneiform" disorder which affects both the skin and the eyes. Although similar in appearance to acne vulgaris, it affects women over 30 and is a red rash, normally on the cheeks, nose, forehead and chin. Pimples, black heads, and blemishes are among the most common skin infections caused by acne.
There is a widespread contention about whether poor diet causes cystic acne, but in my opinion based on my own experiences of bad skin, an unhealthy diet and lack of nutrition definitely plays an important role. The type of food consumed can help prevent and even eradicate acne problems. Foods such as or containing salmon, halibut, tuna, sardines, fresh organic vegetables and whole grains have been been established to fight this skin condition and provide adequate nourishment.
An effective treatment for acne could only be determined after studying the of acne and appropriate medication needed to combat it. Scientific breakthroughs from long studies prove that antioxidants and internal cleansing are very effective in fighting against the causes of acne.
Admit that many types of acne have been discovered as well as the effective treatments of these types, its cause is still very much a mystery.
One of the established causes of acne is bacteria; couldn't it be possible then that the presence of honey in the formula IS a benefit not delivered by drugstore brands?
A final tip is to stop wasting your time and money. It is best to get information on acne, acne cause and acne remedy before you start any acne treatment to achieve fast and effective results. You can get all information at http://acneremedyblogger.com/ to take a well informed decision.
