The Best Way to Cure Crows Feet

I don't know one person who likes the aging process. Especially those nasty, growing crows feet that start growing on the face. For an example, let's say we take twin sisters, and in our example, one becomes a bikini model while the other takes an office job, chances are that as they reach their 40th birthday, the lifeguard will have deeper crow's-feet, (which are defined as the tiny lines that start from the corners of her eyes) than the office worker. And if the lifeguard smokes, the difference in crows feet will be staggering.
"Crow's-feet are usually the most pronounced wrinkles to appear on a person's face," says aspiring dermatologist Javiera Santa Rosa. However, they are not necessarily a proven fact that you're aging. "Crow's-feet are caused primarily by prolonged time in the sun."
Squinting directly into the sun contributes to the process as well, which explains why outdoor enthusiasts may be more susceptible to crow's-feet than [[[less-exposed|couch potatoe}}} women, says Terry Stevenson, a medical student from San Jose, Costa Rica. Once the skin has been exposed to sunlight over the years, tests shows it loses its elasticity.
Studies also show that crows-feet develop earlier for women who smoke. It is also said that smoking makes you unconsciously squint as your eyes try to avoid the effects of smoke blowing into the eyes and causing discomfort.
Here is How to Prevent Crows Feet
Most people in the anti aging field agree that if you never smoke, squint, or expose yourself directly to the sun, you'll get significantly less crow's feet. The sooner you take the time to prevent crow's feet, the younger the skin around your eyes will look. If the damage is already established, there are ways to minimize their appearance.
You can minimize the appearance of existing crow's-feet by treating the area with an eye cream that has glycolic acid. One of a group of alpha hydroxy acids--originally produced from sugarcane is what studies suggest to do.
It's worth noting that many over-the-counter eye creams contain glycolic acid.
Stay out of the direct sun during the most dangerous hours of the day, since crow's-feet appear only after direct sunlight has begun to destroy the skin's elastin and collagen fibers as time passes, the best way to prevent crow's-feet is to always wear a good amount of sunscreen around the eyes.
If you do find yourself in the sun, make sure to wear plenty of sunscreen around the face and eyes. Sunscreen not only prevents the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays, but it prevents the skin from a dangerous sunburn.
There are obviously ways you can help yourself other then sunscreen. The use of hats and sunglasses are the simplest ways to help yourself out from the harmful effects of the blazing sun.
Avoid smoking and being around people who smoke. With stiffer laws around smoking in many U.S. States, it's easier to visit pubs and bars where typically the majority of people in the establishment are smoking some sort of tobacco or sometimes even a cigar. In the past these were very dangerous places for your skin.
