Many people all over the world would forget important appointments and activities if it were not for alarm clocks. Most importantly, they help wake us up in time to get to work after we have had our sleep. People usually set their alarm clocks before going to bed. While most people sleep at night, yet there are many people who do shift work and set their alarm clocks to wake them up for shift work in the evening or to wake them after an afternoon nap. The tone of an alarm clock varies and people often choose one that is pleasant. Other people might sleep very soundly and need a louder tone to wake them up.
Nothing like getting totally stressed out and upset even before you get out of bed in the morning. The loud, very annoying buzz sound that your alarm clock makes can and will jangle your nerves and hurt your ears. This also makes one move much more quickly and urgently then we should. My old clock radio was great, and I had good choice as to how I could use it but the quality of sound left much to be desired. The sound repetition was very trembly if you know what I mean. Like the sound you would make banging an empty tin can. Yes these gadgets will wake you up in the morning. However, not with the full bass and full rounded tones of a good quality alarm clock CD ., I am sure you would feel a lot better hearing the rich base sounds of your favorite piece of music over the scratchy hollow sound of the clock radio. There is really no credible choice between the two for me. The bonus difference between the two is that you can select a particular piece of music with the CD player, but you can't do that with the radio.
A lot of well-meaning people searching for the wall alarm clock also searched online for digital clock radios, aromatherapy alarm clock, and even cheap alarm clocks.
