Do you have dark circles under your eyes? Puffy, baggy eyes? Hopefully you don't have all three. But the way to get rid of either puffy or baggy eyes and even dark circles is pretty much the same. I'm going to give you 3 tips that work. Do all three and you will have a new, younger look.
Tip #1: Get to Bed on Time
Dark circles under eyes develop with lack of sleep. If you stay up most of the night, don't be surprised if you have dark circles and baggy eyes. Develop the habit of getting plenty of rest, 6-8 hours EVERY night, not just weekends. But you say you have puffy eyes. Well, if you are getting a little older, and who isn't, that could be from something else. Like what? Keep reading, please.
Tip #2: Drink Plenty of Purified Water
Yes, we all have heard this one many times too. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Also good sound advice. Take into consideration water that comes from food, like fruit and vegetables. But note this: Don't drink or consume just any water. The water should be purified water. Water filtered properly. Tap water can be contaminated. A good water filter source that I found is at a website called CleanWaterPure.com. They have more information than I have room for here.
Also if you are a little older your puffy eyes and dark circles may result from damage to your capillaries. This has probably happened gradually as the years have went by. The capillaries are just not moving the fluid under your eyes like they used to do. Part of the reason is that the skin is thinner under the eye than in other parts of your body. But here is a way to fix that.
Tip #3: Eye Gel or Creams That Work
It has been found from clinical studies that gels containing peptides, protein fragments, along with antioxidants can promote the making of new skin cells and fibers. Of course, most companies use artificial ingredients which do nothing except bring possible harm to your skin. Responsible companies use plant-derived antioxidants which promote good health to capillaries.
Peptides, protein fragments, help make new fibers and skin cells. This will increase the thickness of the skin under the eyes. A good eye gel that really works will have antioxidants that are plant based. This will help those capillaries have better health because circulation will get better. This reduces dark circles.
Combining antioxidants and peptides have produced some amazing results. 65 turned in a reduction in eye wrinkles and crow's feet. 60% said that dark smudgy spots were gone. I found one company that had this or better results and has an eye gel that contains all natural, safe ingredients.
Here's My Suggestion for You to Do
If your health is good, you get a lot of sleep, avoid pollutants and drink plenty of clean water, you can get rid of puffy eyes and in less than two months. But take heed of this advice.
Avoid Bad Ingredients
Some expensive department stores use cheap ingredients in their skin cream products. Avoid these ingredients to name a few: petrolatum, mineral oil, parabens, fragrances, artificial preservatives.
One more time do this: Get to Bed and Go to Sleep regularly, 6-8 hours every night; Drink Clean Water every day 6-8 glasses, check out the website on this and please avoid the bad ingredients in skin care. If you use the eye gel I use you would be making a smart move because it is safe and it really works. For more information please see my website listed below. Thanks, Margaret Bell
