Over a half a million gallbladder surgeries are performed each year. Billions of dollars are stolen from families' savings. And after the surgery, thousands question if removing their gallbladder, an organ, was the right decision. What decision will you make?
Gallstones are the most common and also the most costly disease in the United States, causing more than 800,000 hospitalizations annually at an estimated cost in the 5 billion dollar range.
To dissolve gallstones your body needs bile (acidic substance) to dissolve them. Unfortunately, a gallstone sufferer's body is not producing the bile needed thus resulting in gallstones. Could there be a simple solution? Yes, as simple as a vitamin.
Oral Dissolution Therapy- This treatment has been gaining popularity because it works best for small, cholesterol-based gallstones. Medicines for this treatment are actually made from acid naturally found in bile.
Essential Vitamins and Herbs for Gallstone Sufferers- Do you know what vitamin and herbs are absolutely essential for you? Supplementing vitamin C has shown to convert cholesterol to bile acids. With less cholesterol the risk should diminish greatly.
Fruits and Vegetables- Do your best to incorporate fruits and vegetables into your diet. We always recommend raw ones over cooked ones. Both fruits and vegetables contain a high volume of water soluble fiber which will naturally flush your body. However, if you overdo it too quickly, you might be sitting on the toilet a lot the first few days.
Animal Products- You should avoid eating foods with animal or animal-based products in them. This is because of cholesterol which can add to the gallstone! Remember that flushing gallstones is simpler the smaller they are. You should avoid the following foods: fast foods, oily foods, spicy foods, red meats, eggs, pork, onions.
Gallbladder Surgery - This type of surgery is also known as a cholecystectomy. During the procedure, the surgeon will remove the organ because gallstones are blocking the flow of bile from the gallbladder. The blockage usually creates swelling, inflammation and lots of pain.
Clean Food Cleanse - Many people will also use a 'clean food' cleanse. This cleanse works by simply eating foods in their natural state (fresh fruits and fresh vegetables). You should avoid any food that has been packaged, processed or prepared. It may also be helpful to eat organic foods.
Water is essential for most alternative treatments because water keeps the body working at peak levels. It is proven that water makes the body run more efficiently. Research shows you should be drinking at least 10-12 glasses a day.
Pass the Stones! It would be recommended you begin your treatment with a gallbladder, liver and colon flush! I know you might be thinking, "isn't that a lot?" But it actually simpler than you might think. By allowing your body a period of a couple days to flush the impurities, toxins, pollutants.
Do a natural gallbladder flush immediately! Do not be fooled by an olive oil (multiple cups) cleanse. A natural gallbladder flush is an easy way to flush toxins and get your gallbladder back to its natural state. Discover a step-by-step cleanse by visiting our Natural Gallstone Cures website.
