UK IMMIGRATION EXPERTS
In this modern age the world is facing new issues in which immigration is a big one which the developed countries are facing .There are many opportunities to live and work in United Kingdom. UK offers work permit and immigration visa. Now the Government has made different categories for the visa to make it simple and easier for the people who are willing to get it. Now it is points based system for highly educated persons. Following are the different categories in which visas are given.
• Tier 1
Tier 1 visa allows you to live and work in UK without the need to get a work permit from the Employer. This visa is designed to get talent from the world. A migrant must get 75 points for this visa. If you have this visa you can live and work for three years. After three years you have to apply for renewal of visa.
• Tier 2
In this visa the migrant will get an offer from the Employer for a particular job, for example teacher, doctor or engineer etc.
• Tier 4
This category is for students who are willing to study in UK. An institution should be recognized one in UK.
• Tier 5
This category is for cultural exchange or working holidays undertaken by young people. Tier 5 also supports temporary employment opportunities including sports people or musicians who are willing to come to UK.
Many Law firms are providing their services to the people who are willing to get the immigration to UK. Each Firm has its own service charges or fees according to the case.
