Ardus Medical Inc. sells, leases, and rents only the highest quality, top name pre-owned medical equipment, including infusion pumps, ambulatory pumps, syringe pumps, and more. When you purchase a pump from Ardus, you can be sure you are getting the most accurate and reliable pumps for any purpose.
But superior quality equipment is only half the story at Ardus. Responsive, dependable service and support are also important factors in our commitment to customers. AMI Biotech, a division of Ardus Medical, supplies OEM and non-OEM parts, and performs equipment repair, preventive maintenance and on-site service, assuring that every customer receives unparalleled post-sale attention.
Our Biomedical Department services thousands of pieces of pre-owned equipment each year from our regional offices across the United States. Ardus Medical's trained biomedical technicians will ensure your critical care equipment remains in patient-ready status. Our services include: device service and repair, 24-hour technical support and preventive maintenance inspections.
Ardus' new AMI Biotech PARR (Parts, Accessories, Rental & Repair) Program provides on-site support & service to hospitals located in cities where there is an Ardus Regional Service Center. A Sales Representative and a Biomedical Technician will visit hospitals in an Ardus delivery van carrying parts, accessories and equipment to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and fulfill rental needs.
Ardus Sales Representatives will work in partnership with each hospital's staff to determine the date and time of a rotational PARR delivery van visit. This will ensure that our friendly and professional field service teams can keep your hospital's needs met at all times.
A PARR sales order shopping list will be left at each hospital's Biomed, SPD, or Purchasing departments, so the customer can list items needed throughout the week. When the Sales Representative returns, the shopping list orders shown will be immediately supplied, shipped by noon the following business day or delivered on the next visit.
Non-OEM and OEM Replacement Parts
Since 1994, it has been our vision to provide the medical community with quality products and services at competitive prices. We are very excited to be offering AMI built non-OEM Parts, which we are proud to say are all produced in the USA.
AMI Biotech's R&D Staff uses innovative engineering to develop non-OEM replacement parts that are of impeccable quality and can cost up to 50 percent less than the comparable OEM parts. Our wide selection of non-OEM parts includes (but not limited to) Baxter 6201 doors and keypads, Baxter Colleague Rebuilt Motor Mechanisms, Alaris Medley doors, Horizon NXT keypads and more.
No piece of equipment leaves the Ardus facility without first being put through a series of rigorous quality testing. Tested by factory-trained technicians, all Ardus IV pumps meet or exceed manufacturer specifications, and are shipped patient-ready with up to a one-year warranty. At Ardus, the customer's after-sale service and support are equally important, to assure that equipment operates at peak performance.
