If you keep it lying on the floor then it might hurt anybody in your house. After this if you find that any of the electrical wires which needs repair you must do it immediately. This kind of wires or switches leads to short circuit in the house.
Other than this, you also have the chances of getting shock. To make your home shock proof you must check the wires and cables from time to time. This will not only keep you safe but will also protect the other members of the family.
This way you can surely avoid the home accidents. After this if you prepare a first aid kit for your house then first of all you need to decide about the things that you need to keep inside the kit. First of all you need band aids as well as plasters inside the kit.
You must make sure that these plaster and band aids are of all sizes and they must also be waterproof. After this you need to have tape inside the kit. Other than this, you also need painkillers in your first aid kit.
The painkillers will help you when you get hurt or if you are in great pain due to some home accidents. You will also need cotton wool. This will help you put the antiseptics as well as lotions on the hurt.
You will also require scissors as well as safety pins. If you have these things inside the first aid kit then you will surely not have any problem in the future. This will protect you from the accidents which are common.
