Your waistline directly controls your sex life, confirms a study.

Men with large waistlines are more likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) than those of slimmer girth, according to the findings of a study conducted by the American Urological Association. Men with waistlines as large as 42 inches were likely to get ED twice as much against those with 32 inches. Needless to mention, the study clearly indicated that those exercising were less likely to suffer from ED than those who led a sedentary lifestyle.

Well gentlemen, you have now all the more important reason to lose weight. Or else you will have to forgo your libido. The loss at erection when overweight is not so much of a function of one's ability to perform at a physically demanding session, it is quite about the short supply of blood to the sexual organ and inadequate conduction of reflexes across the central nervous system that controls arousal, erection and its maintenance before and during sexual intercourse.

Overweight men have high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels which damage the arteries supplying blood to the sexual organ. Obesity being often a cause of diabetes, the latter in turn injures the blood vessels and the nerves that may severely affect erections. Alcohol and psychotropic substances (drug abuse) too can cause erectile dysfunction due to the damage they cause to the blood vessels and the nerves which control erection. Smoking and the resultant hypertension too have been found to disturb badly the arousal-response system that works on erectile tissue of the organ.

The available sex help medicines like Cialis work to improve sexual health by facilitating flow of blood to the penile vascular system which triggers and supports erection. They are a great help when used with caution as advised by your physician.

Buy Cialis and see your girth progressively comes under controls. While cheap Cialis could be a key to great sexual performance, keeping fit through lifestyle changes alone can ensure a sustaining love life.
