Acne is a tiny knob that become infected (suppurated) by Comedone under the skin. Most of acne occurs on face's skin more than any other parts of human body. Those tiny knobs could be swelled easily if there is any outer factor to actuate such as bacteria and dust which may categorized as the followings;
Causes
There are various factor that Cause acne and has been arguing about what exactly really cause acne.
- Inner Factor
Inner factor is the factor that cause from inside our body , Hormone , heredity, some kinds of chronic and skin types.
All inner factor mentioned in the past sentence are all from our body.
- Outer factor
Outer factor is the factor that come from outside our body. For instance, cosmetic, medicine, environment, society behavior, dirty and even food that you eat.
Prevention and Heal
The easiest ways to stop and avoid the factors that cause you acne, just follow the instructions below.
Enough sleep - lack of sleep can cause you acne as well due to It cause your body tired and weak.
Fun - Humor can gives us happiness and reduce stress or pressure which is a factor of acne cause.
Vegetable - Eating more vegetable can help on detoxification naturally and many kinds of vitamin will be included more than eat meat. Which help overall health better in long run.
Hi fat food - If you are fat, may cause you more risk on acne occurrence because more fat inside is more chance of acne occurrence.
Clearly wash - Washing your face carefully is an another good way of preventing acne. But be noted that not to wash your face to much it may cause your skin lose its natural oil. Should you wash your face not more than 2 times a day except after playing sport , exercise or the time that you feel really uncomfortable on your face then wash it more than 2 times.
Blotting paper - If your face is too oily always then try to use blotting paper. It's another good way for oily skin. But must use not too often or otherwise it would be come your misbehavior later then.
Avoid touching acne - There is bacteria and some dust always on your hands which cause acne.
Back hand instead - Your back hands are the less touch area so if you really want to touch your face or your acne right away just use your back hand instead of fore hand. However, you must always keep your hands clean as well.
Use acne products - You can find plenty of them in department store and internet.
Use products that has Vitamin A - Vitamin A's properties can heal acne itself. You can find some skin lotion with vitamin A combined. How? You can ask sales person if which lotion contains vitamin A when you go to department store or find information on internet like what you are reading right now!
Seriously use some medicine or treatment - If your acne seems to be worse or not going to be better, I suggest stronger treatment which called "Benzoyl Peroxide or other medical treatment which contains "Salicylic Acid" in low percentage. Be careful to start using this kind of medical products from very low percentage firstly. If you start from high percentage it may causes you an allergy.
Go to meet a doctor - If the above mentions could not help then go to see a doctor nearby is the best of the best way to beat your acne. Because your acne may caused from your heredity or hormone themselves. So meeting a skin doctor would be the last choice to beat acne and you can easily find skin clinic all around presently.
I hope the above could help you some how as I used to be suffered from acne about 17 years. And I really care if any other people now having acne on their face and what do they feel. I know, but it's nothing just beat it right ways I suggested above.
