Hey, I’m Jenny and I’m very excited to share with you all about our recent experience that I had. Essentially, I just moved to UC Davis from Los Angeles, and I knew that when I moved I would not only have to find a new doctor, a new dentist but also that I would have to find a new place to buy my glasses. And after I moved, I was kind of walking on the city trying to get my bearings, and it came across Optical Phases on 2nd Street. And I walked on the door, kind of check it out and right away someone greeted me with a smile and asked if they could adjust the glasses that I had on and clean them. And I was just really blown away by the fact that they are so dedicated to customer service. Even though at that point I technically wasn’t their customer yet. And it just really struck a chord with me.

So a few months later, when it finally came time for me to buy new glasses I took my prescriptions right back to Optical Phases. Yeah, again, I was completely blown away by their service. I have a great selection of frames and also a variety of different quality lenses, different kinds of lenses also. And they’re just really committed to helping you find the perfect pair of glasses for you that fits in your budget, that goes with in your insurance, everybody there that I came into contact with was super friendly, and super helpful, and super knowledgeable, and I just really, really enjoyed working with them. Being a college student, it would be pretty hard to succeed without the ability to see, so I take my glasses very seriously and my vision very seriously. And I just think that anybody would be silly not to go to Optical Phases first for their glasses needs.

Like I said, everybody was super friendly, super committed to helping me find the right pair of glasses and I would recommend them to anyone.
