Shimano Talica II can be described as small but terrible mini-might fish catching machine characterize by its smallness compared to its incredible strength with a dual speed reel. Made with small drags yet can catch big fishes due to a compacted high speed Castable Lever Drag with High Capacity for fast and powerful dragging applications. The Shimano Talica II Conventional Reel took another step further enhancing the capability of the baitcasting system through a lightweight spool with greaseless spool bearing for excellent live bait castability.
Shimano Talica II Conventional Reel uses the High Efficiency Gears in high and low settings. We are familiar with the scientific principle that the more the gears are bigger the more the spin is slower yet stronger and the more the gears are smaller the more the spin is faster yet weaker. This is true with the conventional gearing system of the automobiles. With Shimano Talica, anglers don’t have to choose from power in low (bigger) gear or speed in (smaller) high gear. They can have both the power and speed at the same time. The Shimano Talica can contain about three to four line classes heavier than its normal weight on a reel of its size. That makes it more amazing and unbelievable but true.
The Shimano Talica applied the new E.I. Surface treatment that strongly increases the corrosion resistance of the reels, spool, frames and sideplates and coupled with the use of Shielded Anti-Rust Bearings (S A-RB). If one’s Shimano Talica is registered online, an additional year of warranty is extended when warrantee lapses. Part also is the Platinum Service Program that guarantees a 48 hour turn around.
