Debt And Freedom

It seems that from the moment we are born we feel that we owe something to someone. Whether we experience the feeling of debt towards our parents for raising us, or maybe it's just innate we've all been there. The idea that you owe someone something that just tears you apart. You want to be free and not dependant on someone. That's a basic and natural feeling we all have. We want to be able to sustain ourselves without someone's aid. It's a natural feeling of growth and maturity.
But how does one get to that point is a different thing. That particular knowledge is not innate. We have to look for it and look hard. There are so many sources out there that promise financial freedom but end up being some kind of scam. Scammers have become more crafty, and it's become quite a gray area these days as to what a business is and what is a legal scam. The way the credit card percentages are set up, banks' hidden fees, etc. are all legal scams. No one is going after these guys because they have fine print, licensing terms you agreed to when they know very well no one is going to read all that writing, especially when about 90% of people out there wouldn't even understand what it actually means. Basically, it's not even meant to be read. The papers are given for us to sign and that's that. You want our money? Here you go, sign your life and soul away. For the next three decades all your paychecks belong to the bank because you want to live in a house.
There are is barely any financial freedom when you are debt. And when you are in financial bondage it reflects on your overall lifestyle. You become a zombie that punches in his 8 hours a day in hopes that soon you'll go on a vacation for a few days just so you can go back to work afterwards to pay for the vacation and pay the bills that piled up while you were gone. That is not the right way to live a life. This is a lifestyle of a slave.
Debt doesn't just rob people of their money and time, it robs people of their freedoms. The lure is that you'll have what you want now, but the sad and ugly truth is that you just get to borrow your owner's things for a while. In the end you either have to give them back because you can't afford to pay for them, or you need more money for something newer. Either way, the interest grows and you're stuck paying to those that made your purchase possible.
Get your freedom today, get our of debt.
