Interactive logon: Do not display last user name
This security setting determines whether the name of the last user to log on to the computer is displayed in the Windows logon screen. If this policy is enabled, the name of the last user to successfully log on is not displayed in the Logon Screen. By default, it is disabled.
The above two approaches to hide user name at windows logon screen are easy, but you have to remember the username as well. In order to prevent the case that you forgot windows 7 password or user name, create a Windows 7 password recovery disk for that account when you finish the above steps.
